What happened
Phoenix opened the season with a 124-83 loss in Portland, as Devin Booker led the Suns with 23 points while the team shot 35.7% overall.
Khaman Maluach started at center, and Oso Ighodaro left early with a right hip injury that kept him out for the rest of the game.
LINEUP CONTEXT
If Ighodaro’s hip issue lingers, Phoenix may have to adjust its center rotation before Saturday’s home opener against Golden State.
