What happened
Philadelphia closes preseason Friday against Boston, and Nick Nurse said he expects to use the Sixers’ full starting group again as a dress rehearsal.
The article says Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, LeBron James and Jaylen Brown should suit up, while Anfernee Simons and Adem Bona were described as possible Friday options after practice.
That keeps Philadelphia’s rotation picture in focus for the preseason finale, but Simons and Bona still sound like game-time checks rather than confirmed returns. If they are cleared, they could help settle the bench mix before opening night.
