What happened
Golden State had its regulars back Saturday and Steve Kerr started Steph Curry, Brandin Podziemski, Gui Santos, Yaxel Lendeborg and Draymond Green in a 111-106 preseason win over Sacramento.
Curry played only the first half, while Lendeborg led the way with 23 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in 23 minutes after opening strong for the Warriors.
Lendeborg’s usage as a starter and ball-handler could keep him in the preseason rotation conversation. Curry’s first-half-only workload still points to managed minutes, but Saturday’s game does not confirm any regular-season plan.
