What happened
Philadelphia is playing the second night of a back-to-back against Detroit, so its Sunday availability will hinge on the afternoon injury report, with Joel Embiid still uncertain.
Detroit ruled out Jalen Duren with a right hamstring strain, and the article says Paul Reed is likely to start at center while Ausar Thompson remains questionable.
Duren’s absence may force Detroit to reshape its frontcourt minutes, while Philadelphia still cannot finalize its rotation until the injury report is released.
