What happened
Jayson Tatum sat out Wednesday’s game against Milwaukee for rest, and Boston still led by 22 before the Bucks pushed the finish close.
Paul George and Derrick White scored 20 of Boston’s 22 fourth-quarter points, helping the Celtics close on a 14-6 run and improve to 4-1 in clutch games.
LINEUP CONTEXT
Tatum’s rest pushed Boston to rely on George and White late, so the Celtics’ non-Tatum closing lineup remains a key rotation variable.
