What happened
Cleveland closed preseason with a 132-116 loss to Orlando, and the game report said the offense never found much rhythm while Donovan Mitchell posted 15 points and eight assists in under 25 minutes.
Meleek Thomas did little with the regular group but scored 14 of his 16 points after the starters sat, while Tyrese Proctor and Craig Porter Jr. still have uncertain rotation cases after quiet offensive nights.
This matters because the Cavaliers are still sorting bench and guard minutes heading into the regular season. The preseason finale suggests the main lineup is set, but several role decisions remain open.
